The Head office is based in Putney where EPE's activities are supported by the central management team together with the compliance and finance functions.
Also, run from this office are corporate finance advisory, fund-raising and M&A in the private arena together with company statutory, secretarial, share registration and support services.
This is also the home to the EIS Association (EISA) managing its highly successful lobbying activities, technical think-tank, member services and lively events programme. A dedicated advice line on behalf of EISA is maintained by EPE dealing with all queries and aspects of the Enterprise Investment Scheme, such as the EIS clearance process and the EIS tax reliefs available.
